This hot crab dip with cream cheese is an easy, baked appetizer with plenty of crab flavor, a creamy texture, and classic Old Bay seasoning in every bite.
In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, old bay seasoning, paprika and minced garlic until well combined.
8 ounces cream cheese, ¼ cup sour cream, ¼ cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon hot sauce, 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 clove garlic
Stir in the crab meat and grated cheddar cheese.
1 6-ounce can crab meat, 2 ounces cheddar cheese
Spoon the mixture into a shallow baking dish, and spread it out.. Top with the sliced green onions.
Bake for 20 minutes, until warm and bubbly.
Serve with crackers, chips, bread, or veggies.
Notes
If you don't have Old Bay seasoning, you can make a simplified version by combining 2 Tablespoons celery salt, 1 Tablespoon paprika and 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
