½cupspring mix candy coated chocolates, such as M&M's{divided}
2Tablespoonsrainbow sprinkles{divided)
6ounces(or 1 cup) milk chocolate candy melts
Instructions
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30 second intervals (stirring between each one) until its liquid and smooth.
6 ounces (or 1 cup) white chocolate candy melts
Pour the white chocolate on the parchment-lined cookie sheet and use a spatula to spread it out to about ¼-inch thick.
Immediately sprinkle half of the pretzel pieces, pecans, candy coated chocolates and rainbow sprinkles around the bark while the chocolate is still wet.
½ cup pretzel bows, broken into pieces, ½ cup pecans halves, ½ cup spring mix candy coated chocolates, such as M&M's, 2 Tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
Place the bark in the refrigerator for 8 to 10 minutes to solidify.
Next, boil some water. Place the cutting edge of the cookie cutter in the hot water to warm it up. Remove it and pat it dry.
While the cookie cutter is still hot, press it into the chocolate to cut out a white chocolate bunny.
Move the white bunny Easter bark onto a clean flat surface, being careful not to break it.
Cut out as many of the white chocolate Easter bark bunnies as you can, dipping the cutter into the hot water between each one.
Set the leftover white chocolate bark aside.
Repeat all of the steps above with the milk chocolate candy melts and the remaining toppings to create the brown chocolate bunny bark candies.
6 ounces (or 1 cup) milk chocolate candy melts
Finally, take the left over white and brown chocolate scraps and put them together in a microwave-proof bowl.
Microwave them using the same process as before.
Spread the melted chocolate out on a parchment-paper covered cookie sheet and put them in the refrigerator to solidify.
Then cut bunnies out of the marbled chocolate bark using the same process we used previously.
