¼

apple schnapps or pucker
½
cup
vodka
¼
cup
apple juice or cider
Instructions
Spread out 16 2-ounce shot cups on a cookie sheet.
Pour the green apple gelatin into a bowl.
Mix in 1 cup of boiling water and stir until all of the gelatin crystals have dissolved.
Stir in ¼ cup apple juice, ¼ cup apple pucker or schnapps and ½ cup vodka.
Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 4 hours.
Notes
The cookie sheet is optional but it makes moving the jelly shots to the refrigerator much easier and prevents spills
These can be made 2 or 3 days ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until serving time.
For stronger appletini gelatin shots, replace the apple juice with an additional
¼
cup vodka.
If you don't have apple juice and don't want the jelly shots to be too strong, use
¼
cup cold water.
If you have it on hand, you can replace the apple pucker and regular vodka with 3/4 cup of apple-flavored vodka.
