Fresh Blueberry Mojito
This blueberry mojito recipe combines fresh blueberries, mint, lime juice, white rum, and soda water for a refreshing and fruity twist on the classic cocktail.

white rum

of a lime

Instructions
Add mint, sugar and blueberries to a glass.
Then juice ¼ of a lime into the glass.
Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to muddle the ingredients in the glass until the blueberries are crushed and the sugar has dissolved.
Fill the glass with ice.
Add 1.5 ounces rum.
Top with club soda.
Notes
You can replace the fresh blueberries with frozen blueberries if you thaw them first.
For fewer calories, substitute 1 teaspoon of sweetener for the sugar.
