Homemade Strawberry Mint Mojito With Fresh Strawberries
This homemade strawberry mint mojito with fresh strawberries is delightful and delicious in every way! Refreshing and a little sweet, this strawberry mint cocktail is perfect for all occasions and comes with a non-alcoholic version.
Add 6 leaves of mint and 2 strawberries to a glass.
Juice 1/4 of a lime into the glass.
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of sugar if you desire a sweeter cocktail.
Then gently mush the ingredients together 4 or 5 times with a muddler.
Add 1½ ounces rum to the glass.
Fill the rest of the glass with ice.
Top off with club soda.
Garnish with mint leaves and a strawberry on the rim
Notes
If you don't have a muddler, the back of a spoon will also work.
Virgin Strawberry Mojito:To make a strawberry mojito mocktail, follow the same directions as above but eliminate the rum and include the sugar.For a sweeter version, replace part or all of the club soda with 7-Up.How To Make A Big Batch:
Prepare separate glasses with the mint leaves, strawberries, lime juice, sugar and rum following the directions from above.
At serving time fill the glasses with ice and club soda.
