Grilled Lemon Chicken Shish Kabobs

This delicious lemon chicken shish kabobs recipe is one of my favorites!

INGREDIENTS

– olive oil – lemon juiced – dried oregano – ground cumin – cilantro – salt – black pepper – red pepper flakes – garlic minced – boneless skinless chicken breasts

STEP ONE

Mix all of the ingredients except for the chicken in a large bowl. Chop the chicken into 1" squares. Add the chicken to the marinade. Mix to coat the chicken.

STEP TWO

Cover the chicken and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, and up to 24 hours. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and let sit for 30 minutes.

STEP THREE

Pre-heat the grill to medium high (or turn on the broiler if you are going to cook them in the oven). Thread the chicken on to skewers.

STEP four

Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until no longer pink inside, turning every 3 to 4 minutes.

STEP FIVE

Serve with the skewers for an easy to pick up finger food. Or remove them from the skewers to serve over rice.
