I like to use these DIY wine bottle centerpieces. They look pretty, are really inexpensive and can be easily customized to match your party theme colors.

The first step is to remove the labels. To do this, I soaked the bottles in water for a few hours.

Next, I spray painted the bottles. I did some of them all gold and some all black.

For the first wine bottle centerpiece, I used white lace and some of the pearl string on one of the gold wine bottles.
