This fluffy cream cheese fruit dip recipe is so easy to make, can be put together ahead of time and tastes great with berries and other fruit. Perfect for a charcuterie board!
With a mixer, beat 8 ounces (1 cup) of whipping cream until it forms soft peaks. Set aside.
Add an 8-ounce package of room temperature cream cheese and 1 Tablespoon powdered sugar to another mixing bowl and beat with the mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add in the whipped cream and mix until combined.
Serve with your favorite fresh fruit.
Notes
While not absolutely necessary, using room temperature cream cheese will make it a lot easier to get a smooth and creamy dip without any lumps.
For a sweeter dip use 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
