Whether you have friends who don't drink or you want a kid-friendly version of an apple martini, this appletini mocktail recipe is perfect. It tastes delicious and looks beautiful in a martini glass.

Ingredients
3
ounces
apple juice
2
ounces
lemon juice
fresh-squeezed is best
2
ounces
granny smith apple syrup
ice cubes
Instructions
Pour apple juice, lemon juice and granny smith apple syrup into a cocktail shaker or mixing cup.
3 ounces apple juice,
2 ounces lemon juice,
2 ounces granny smith apple syrup
Add a handful of ice cubes.
Shake or stir until combined and cold.
Strain into martini glasses
Notes
To make a big batch:
combine 3 cups apple juice, 2 cups lemon juice and 2 cups of granny apple smith syrup in a pitcher.
Stir until combined.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Avoid adding ice since it waters the taste down.
Garnishes
use green rimming sugar or slices or wedges of granny smith apples for garnish
