Instructions
Melt the butter in the skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped zucchini, diced onions and sliced mushrooms.
Saute for 7 to 10 minutes until the onions are translucent and the zucchini is tender.
Notes
Substitute canned mushrooms for fresh mushrooms if that's what you have on hand.
